By accessing and using 10Mail ("the Service"), operated by Taiwan Telecom, Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

10Mail provides temporary email address services to protect your privacy. The Service includes:

• Temporary email addresses with automatic expiration
• Email forwarding and storage (based on subscription tier)
• Multiple subscription tiers with different features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Tiers

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Free: 10-minute temporary emails, 1 active email
• Basic: Extended features with 7-day retention
• Advanced: Premium features with 120-day retention

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, malware, or phishing emails
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse or overload our systems

7. Data Retention

Email retention periods vary by subscription:

• Free: Emails deleted after temporary address expires (10 minutes)
• Basic: 7 days retention
• Advanced: 120 days retention

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Taiwan Telecom, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
